Three years ago, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) became an investment of $60B+ in water systems to help improve the lives of communities and address water challenges in the U.S. The recent election demonstrated that clean water, air, and public health remains a priority. The BIL is an example of what’s possible when we invest in our communities. In Arizona, rainwater harvesting systems are helping low-income families conserve water and build resilience. With Tucson Water’s rebate program and additional funding, at SERI we are able to provide limited-income families access to grants and 0-interest loans for residential rainwater harvesting systems.
