Participants can find out if their household items contain lead
Participants can become more aware of lead poisoning prevention and prevent lead poisoning in their own house
Participants can get a free lead-free clay cookware replacement if their clay cookware test positive for lead and if they are willing to give up their lead-containing clay cookware
Do you qualify?
Total household income ≤ 80% of the low-income limits (see chart below)
To receive clay cookware replacement, participants must give up lead-containing clay cookware for proper disposal
Qualification documents:
Income documents for everyone in the household such as social security letter, tax return, check stubs, W2 form, unemployment letter, bank statement etc.
