Elevated Lead Levels Found in Rheumacare Capsules
News
Handelnine Global Limited (doing business as Navafresh) has voluntarily recalled Rheumacare Capsules (lot no. CAM040 & CALO79-N). The conducted tests by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) found that it contained lead at levels up to 11,100 parts per million, which are significantly higher than the permissible limits. Elevated lead levels pose risks such as cognitive impairment, anemia, reproductive issues, and in severe cases, seizures and death. Rheumacare Capsules, packaged in white plastic containers, is used for joint pain relief. The product was distributed nationwide via the website www.navafresh.com. If you have these capsules, stop using the product and discard it immediately. Refunds will be issued.
