Project Harvest is a collaboration between SERI and the University of Arizona to test rainwater in Tucson as well as the mining towns of Hayden-Winkleman, Miami-Globe, and Dewey-Humbolt. Project Harvest promotoras from SERI recently participated in training at the University of Arizona. They learned how the university laboratory tests the rainwater collected by participating families, and what kinds of contamination the rainwater samples may have. At the end of this project each family will receive the results from their own rainwater.
